Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing me as your Mountain Guide. Below you will find some information regarding booking terms and conditions.
Prices are set at half-day and full-day costs. This covers group sizes requiring 1 instructor. If you are booking with a larger group an additional cost may be required. Examples of this are walking groups larger than 8 people.
If Above The Trees Adventures cancel the booking, I will endeavour to offer a different date suitable for yourself. If this isn't possible then a full refund will be given.
In the event of the booking being cancelled by the client, Above The Trees Adventures will reimburse you in relation to the following criteria:
Cancellation before 4 weeks of the start date of the booking, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellation within 4 weeks of the start date of the booking, 50% will be available.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the start date of the booking, no refund will be available.
If Above The Trees Adventures cancel a booking for any reason, Above The Trees Adventures is not liable or responsible for any fee or costs incurred by clients.
I therefore strongly advise clients to take out cancellation insurance with the BMC.

I appreciate that the activities I have booked, maybe hazardous by there very nature and I accept a certain element of risk.
Please indicate on the check out form if you have any medical conditions, recent illnesses, allergies, surgery, pregnancy or other information the instructor should be aware of.
Occasionally photos of our clients are used in for publicity on the website and social media. Please indicate on the check out form if you or any member of your group are not happy for this to happen.
